This is a site of a small family. Empathy is its spirit, and the subject is “The Far-Stretching River” that since the beginning that has no beginning to the end that has no end overflows from time to time with its life-giving waters to renew the earth and bring out of the dead life.

In short, this is a personal site. It carries a message of love to all; truth is its aim; and we deserve no dues nor merit any thanks. Everything expressed on it is merely an individual viewpoint.



Quotations The changing quotations on the main page are all from the Writings of Bahá’u’lláh, the Founder of the Bahá’í Faith.


This site is composed of five sections, namely:



1. The Centenary of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá’s Visit to the West This section follows ‘Abdu’l-Bahá in various stages of His momentous journey to Europe and North America. It begins with His arrival in Egypt and His residence there, and includes His talks issued abroad in Arabic and published in the Egyptian press.



2. The Baha’i Faith This section presents a concise explanation of some principles we believe are necessary for the happiness and prosperity of mankind.



3. What Was Written This section contains news items and commentaries that were published at different times and in different places. Recalling them may explain the pain and confusion the world is going through—we ignored so many of their wise suggestions, as well as their warnings. If we take a more thoughtful look at them we can still save what is left and protect our children from the threats now darkening the horizon.



4. From The Past This part is a selection of events lived by Bahá’ís, and contains lessons that deserve pondering, both now and for future generations.



5. Between Two Worlds This contains an analysis of the change which took place in the 19th century and which gave us a new world—quite different from that of our ancestors. We have included this subject because of the view that adaptation to the new age requires an understanding of its significance.
